How do they go on the wall? +
Give the wall a wipe with a damp cloth first to lift any dust, then let it dry completely. Peel the piece off its backing and press it onto the wall. No glue, no water, no soaking. Start from the top and smooth downwards with your hand. One person can do a whole set in about ten minutes. Newly painted walls need four weeks to cure first.
Will they damage my walls? +
No. They are made to come off cleanly from painted walls, with no residue and no chipped paint. That is the whole reason they exist.
Can I move them once they are up? +
Yes. Lift a corner and peel slowly, then reposition. The fabric holds its stick through several moves, so you can rearrange the room whenever you like. Keep the backing paper and the tube for when you move them, or move home.
Are they safe around a baby? +
Yes, they're designed for kids' rooms. They're printed with water-based inks on fabric and are BPA and phthalate free. They're decals, not toys: keep them out of reach of children under 3, place them higher than a child can reach (for example, above the cot rather than within grabbing distance), and check from time to time that the pieces are still firmly stuck. If a piece comes loose, remove it.
What are they made of? +
Fabric, not vinyl. A soft woven material with a matte finish, so there is no shine and no plastic look on the wall.
How long do they last? +
Indefinitely on the wall. The colours are printed, not painted on, so they will not run or fade in normal light.
How long does delivery take? +
Every set is printed to order, so production takes 3 to 6 business days before it ships. Counting delivery, allow 7 to 13 business days in total with standard shipping within Australia, or 4 to 8 with express. Shipping within Australia is free on orders over $90.

Internationally, I currently ship to New Zealand only. Allow 10 to 20 business days in total with standard shipping, or 7 to 12 with express. If your country isn't at checkout, message me and I'll add it if I can.
Can I return a set? +
Every set is printed to order from my original artwork, so I can't take returns for change of mind, and orders can't be changed or cancelled once placed. Please double check your pack size and shipping address before checking out, and if you're unsure about anything, message me first. Happy to help.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email hello@lemonandbubbles.com.au within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and I'll sort a replacement or refund.

A note on colour: screens all render differently, so slight variation between what you see and what arrives is normal.
