Every Lemon and Bubbles set is printed to order, so production takes 3 to 6 business days before it ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Australia

Standard shipping is a $12 flat rate, and it's free on orders over $100. Allow 7 to 13 business days in total, including production.

Express shipping is $15. Allow 4 to 8 business days in total, including production.

Your set is sent with Australia Post, and you'll receive a tracking email from Australia Post as soon as it ships.

International

I currently ship within Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping is a flat rate, shown in Australian dollars at checkout. Allow 10 to 20 business days in total with standard shipping to New Zealand, or 7 to 12 with express. If your country isn't listed, message me and I'll see if I can add it.

Customs and import taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees in your country. These are set by your local authorities, they aren't included in the price at checkout, and they are the buyer's responsibility.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates. Delays with Australia Post or customs can happen. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, get in touch at hello@lemonandbubbles.com.au and I'll help.

Damaged in transit

If your set arrives damaged, please email a photo to hello@lemonandbubbles.com.au within 7 days of delivery, and I'll make it right. See also our Returns & Refunds policy.
